Vedanta Boat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests per trip. Guests may generally bring one suitcase and one hand-carry bag each. Surfboards and board bags are also welcome, particularly for surf trips and strike missions. If you plan to bring additional luggage or oversized items, please inform us in advance so we can assist with the arrangements.
Yes. Children are counted as passengers and included in the total guest capacity, in accordance with maritime manifest regulations and safety requirements.
Yes, we provide life jackets for both adults and children.
Please note that our child-sized life jackets are generally suitable for children, but may not be suitable for toddlers or infants.
Yes. Vedanta Boat is fully insured and operates in accordance with maritime safety requirements.
A booking can be made through our website, email, or WhatsApp. To secure your reservation:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 calendar days before departure. For bookings made within 48 hours of departure, full payment is required immediately upon confirmation.

Upon confirmation, guests are required to provide valid identification (such as a passport or ID) for
maritime permit processing as required by local authorities.
There are no hidden fees. Additional costs may only apply if you request extra services or destinations outside the standard itinerary.
Your charter includes:
- Captain and professional crew
- Fuel and operational permits
- Mineral water, soft drinks, and snacks
- Towels and snorkeling equipment
- Boat tender (depending on destination)
For charters longer than 1.5 hours or day trips, we also provide: Fresh coconut water, and Seasonal fruits.
Not Included:
- Hotel or land transportation (can be arranged upon request)
- Alcoholic beverages corkage fee
- Additional destinations outside the standard route
- Special requests outside the selected package

No. Vedanta Boat operates exclusively as a private charter, meaning the boat is reserved solely for you and your group, accompanied by our professional captain and crew.
Yes, absolutely. We can arrange hotel-to-port and port-to-hotel transfers upon request.
Please inform us in advance so we can assist with the arrangements. Additional charges may apply depending on the pickup location.
We recommend bringing a change of clothes, sunscreen, sunglasses, and of course… a big smile.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Alcoholic beverages are subject to a corkage fee:
- Wine or liquor: IDR 100,000 per bottle
- Beer: IDR 50,000 per 6-pack or carton
Yes, additional light meals and snacks can be arranged upon request. Please note that we do not have a full kitchen on board, so food options are generally limited to light catering or ready-to-serve meals.

No. A boating license is not required, as the yacht is operated by our licensed captain and professional crew.
Unfortunately, No. According to Indonesian maritime regulations, tourist vessels must be operated by a registered and licensed captain.
Charter duration is calculated based on the designated departure time agreed upon prior to the trip.

Yes, absolutely. Manta ray encounters are possible during our trips, especially around the Nusa Penida area. However, as manta rays are wild marine animals, sightings can never be guaranteed. Manta season is generally best between April and October, particularly during the morning hours when conditions are usually more favorable.
Sea conditions, weather, and natural wildlife behavior may all affect sightings on the day of the trip.
Departure times can be customized according to your preferred schedule. However, many guests prefer morning departures (around 9–10 AM) when sea conditions are typically calmer.
Our latest recommended return time to the harbor is generally around 7:00 PM.
Some swell and ocean movement can be expected in the Badung Strait between Bali and the Nusa Islands. However, many areas around the islands themselves are relatively protected and calm. Our experienced captains always position the vessel according to the sea conditions to ensure the safest and most comfortable experience possible.
Absolutely. We can arrange island exploration experiences during your charter.
Island tours generally take around 3–4 hours, depending on the destinations and activities selected. Please contact our team for more details and customized arrangements.

Yes, seasickness medication is available on board, simply approach our lovely crew for assistance.
However, if you are prone to seasickness, please advise us at least 48 hours prior to departure. We also recommend proper preparation before the trip, including:

- Eating properly before departure
- Avoiding excessive alcohol consumption
- Taking preventative medication if necessary

We recommend booking several days to a week in advance, especially during peak seasons and holidays, to secure your preferred schedule. Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on availability.

For pregnant guests, we strongly recommend consulting with your physician prior to the trip, as sea and weather conditions can vary and individuals may respond differently to ocean travel.
The water temperature around Bali and the surrounding islands is generally warm and comfortable year-round.

Please note that cooler water temperatures may occasionally occur due to ocean currents.
Trips may still operate if weather conditions remain safe and cruise permit is issued by the Harbor Master. Weather conditions between Bali, Nusa Penida, and surrounding islands can vary significantly, and rain in one area does not necessarily mean rain everywhere.
However, in cases of severe weather or continuous heavy rain, we are happy to discuss possible rescheduling options.
